作為科技管理顧問實務部門的實習生與專案團隊成員，你將與專案主管／經理
合作，依照本公司的方法論執行企業應用系統的導入，以及既有系統的調整與優化。

聲譽與市場定位。我們的客戶皆為各產業的領導者，你將與他們合作，發展能符合
其組織策略與目標的解決方案，協助其充分運用所選用的企業應用系統，以及雲端
應用帶來的效益與敏捷性。客戶會將你視為值得信賴的顧問，你將與他們密切合作，
找出、分析並解決其商業挑戰。我們的目標是在實習結束後，在你與 RSM 皆對合作
感到滿意的前提下，向合適的候選人提供正式顧問職位。本機會開放給預計於
2026 年 6 月前畢業，並計畫於畢業後立即投入全職工作的學生。外籍學生及畢業後
須履行兵役義務者亦歡迎申請。
- 工作內容
📌確保任務、里程碑與各項專案內容的完成，包括但不限於功能規格、設計規格、
系統設定、品質保證、資料轉移與專案審查。
📌協助與客戶進行需求訪談，將業務流程與需求對應至解決方案。
📌與導入團隊合作，評估客戶現有系統、流程與挑戰，並將其納入 NetSuite 解決
方案設計中，同時提出流程改善建議。
📌與專案主管合作，透過系統化方法落實流程改善。
📌與導入團隊共同建立並執行測試情境。
📌協助將資料從舊有系統移轉至新系統。
📌訓練使用者，使其能有效在日常工作中運用系統功能。
📌與使用者合作，找出、定義並建立客製化報表、儀表板與 KPI。
📌支援客戶使用中的問題與疑問，親自協助排查並提供解決方案。
- 任職條件
✅商業管理、會計、製造與供應鏈管理、資訊工程、資訊管理或相關科系背景者佳。
✅具備中英文口語與書面溝通能力。
✅熟悉 Microsoft Excel 及 Word。
✅具備優秀的人際互動、概念理解、分析與問題解決能力。
✅能承受壓力並同時處理多項專案。
✅願意出差。

We are seeking ambitious and entrepreneurial interns to join our fast-growing team.
As an internand project team member in the Technology Management Consulting
practice, you will work withproject leads/managers to execute Business Application
implementations and changes to existing systems using the firm's project
methodology. We offer exciting client projects, rapid career development,

service to clients, and becoming part of a high-performing team. You will be an
individual actively looking to advance your career in a consulting environment.
Your background may be in any discipline, as we offer extensive training. As part
of your role, we will provide you with numerous opportunities to develop both
your application and consulting skills. Through training and experience gained
on projects, you will be expected to complete Net Suite certification to support
our reputation and market positioning. Our clients are leaders in their sectors,
and you will work with them to develop solutions that meet their organization's
strategy and objectives, enabling them to take full advantage of the business
applications they chose and the benefits/agility that cloud applications bring.
Our clients will see you as a trusted advisor, and you will work closely with
them to identify, analyze and solve their business challenges. Our goal is to
offer the successful candidates permanent Consultant positions, provided both
you and RSM are satisfied with our collaboration at the end of the internship.
This opportunity is available to students who anticipate graduating by June
2026 and who intend to begin full-time employment immediately upon
graduation. Foreign students and those with upcoming national military
service obligations following graduation are welcome to apply.
✅Responsibilities:
•Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components, including but not
limited to functional specifications, design specifications, configurations,
quality assurance, data migration and project reviews.
• Assist in requirements-gathering sessions with clients to map business
processes and requirements to solutions.
•Work with the implementation team to assess the current state of clients'
existing systems, business processes and challenges, factor into NetSuite
solution design & suggest business process improvements.
• Work alongside the project lead to implement process improvements
with systematic solutions.
• Work with the implementation team to create and execute testing scenarios.
• Assist with data migration from existing systems to the new system(s).
•Train end users on how to effectively use the system's features within
the context of their daily jobs.
•Work with end users to identify, define and create customized reports,
dashboards and KPIs.
•Provide support for client issues and questions, taking a hands-on approach
to troubleshooting and providing resolution.
✅Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Manufacturing & Supply
Chain Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems,
or related disciplines preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
•Excellent people, conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
•Willing to travel.
