Schneider Electric are looking for Intern –Customer Experience Analyst to make an impact!
◆ What you will do:
As part of our Customer Quality & Satisfaction (CS&Q) team you will
- Manage 2021 overall experience survey campaign in Taiwan, including pre-campaign preparation, interviewer audit, alert management, and result analysis
· Support Customer Voice adoption initiatives
- Support FAQ backstage management, coordinating with offer marketers/PAE for the content
◆ Experience and skills 施耐德電機 are looking for:
- Students who are currently pursuing Bachelor of Business or equivalent
- Data analytics (Excel, minimum level required: be familiar with vlookup and pivot table)
- Good communicator
- Video editing skill is a plus but not necessary
- Prior internship experience in similar function will be an added advantage
- Able to communicate effectively bilingually in English & Mandarin
- Able to intern for at least 6 months
